ABOUt the FESTIVAL
The Diablo Valley FIlm Festival celebrates the independent spirit of cinema. The festival offers a screening venue for upcoming and established filmmakers from around the globe. The festival presents all genres of films including narrative features, shorts, music videos and documentaries with an emphasis on innovative storytelling, creative technical expertise and experimental approach.
Centered in historic downtown Martinez, California, DVFF is in its inaugural year and has discovered an enthusiastic audience for independent cinema in the surrounding community.
MORE ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Exhibiting filmmakers receive All-Access Passes which provide access to all films, parties, and workshops during the festival. Filmmakers are also encouraged to partake in post screening Q & A sessions with audiences to discuss production aspects, behind the scenes, and filmmaking processes.
